* Create a cheerful, efficient, learning-focused classroom experience for students that leads to exemplary student.
* Develop and implement students' IEP's
* Communicate and work closely with students families, especially regarding progress towards IEP goals.
* Modify the general education curriculum for students with disabilities based upon a variety of instructional techniques and technologies.
* Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate those objectives to students.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferably in special education
* Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and team building skills driven by continuous learning
