Manage client relationships, including collateral verification, team production, risk management, collections and service levels consistent with the business objectives of the company. The Sr. Account Executive manages a portfolio of client relationships for a variety of industries and services averaging a total of $15M - $50M in monthly sales volume. Responsible for the training and supervision of their Client Service Representatives (CSRs) as well as mentoring within the General team to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent exposure to portfolio loss.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze portfolio performance and ensure timely submission of client funding requests. Purchasing authority of up to $750,000
  • Provide outstanding customer service by serving well, internally and externally, while maintaining operational controls to prevent portfolio loss exposure.
  • Mentor new team members
  • Contribute to and participate in development of department training and motivational meetings meant to teach and inspire.
  • Maintenance of ongoing client relationships keeping informed on business changes with the ability to negotiate and problem solve.
  • Lead well and model humility by providing direction and oversight of verification procedures performed by CSRs where the team can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, debtors, clients and senior management.
  • Provide ongoing client training in Triumphs processes and systems, including the MyTriumph Web Portal.
  • Strong understanding of Risk Management Program and application of protocol based on client Risk Rating.
  • Maintain portfolio delinquency <5%, predominantly through collections and collections oversite of Teams CSR.
  • Identify training and development strategies for all reporting staff.
  • Manage resolution of Disputes, Open credits, Post verifications, and Confirmations on accounts as needed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in creating a team environment and business culture that optimizes both customer service and risk management disciplines, while pursuing joy at work. Be intentional in doing your best and believing in the best of your team mates.
  • May be asked to provide feedback on the annual performance reviews and coaching opportunities for the CSR working on your team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including but limited to special projects assigned by VP of Operations.
  • 5 years of Factoring experience required.
  • Operations experience.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred; will consider 5 years of experience in a customer service position of increased responsibility.
  • 5 years of factoring experience required, with account management experience preferred.
  • 5 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of a variety of industries and services is preferred.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

Skills, SENSIBILITIES & Abilities Required

  • Professional customer service, Microsoft Office skills and Google Suite to effectively process client and collateral requests related to servicing a growing invoice portfolio.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay focused at high levels of productivity.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service while meeting funding deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and directions given by manager.
  • Model humility in all that you do.
  • Must be able to effectively mentor and motivate others.

Experience & Education
