About this Position:
Albion Staffing Solutions is in need of a Sr. Accountant Contract to work for a company located in the Coral Springs, FL area.
Essential Job Duties:
- Prepare and analyze key balance sheet reconciliations such as
- AR
- AP
- Inventory
- Calculate and remit vendor rebates
- Advanced understanding of Accruals for:
- Commissions
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Expenses
- Misc. Liabilities
- Analyze financial information, explain variances, and provide financial results to upper management with high level commentary
- Compile month-end data and record journal entries in the general ledger.
- Financial statement preparation experience
- Experience with working with external Auditors
Required Attributes:
- Self-starter who takes initiative and has accountability for their work daily
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a very fast-paced, highly charged environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growth-oriented environment
- Capable of adapting to a changing environment (i.e. organizational, technological, etc.)

- Open and willing to follow established procedures, while identifying potential improvements
Workplace Location:
Applicants will work in the customer's facilities in Coral Springs, FL.
