Reporting to the VP, Brand Innovation & Design, Executive Creative Director, the Sr. Creative Director, Brand Experience & Design will lead the creative ideation of immersive branded experiences to deliver customer and business value, e.g., store formats, connected experiences, activations and events. You should be proven senior level Creative Director who can lead the ideation of customer experience strategy and design, has high creative aesthetics and standards, and broad knowledge of architectural and environmental design. You will draw from your experience branding, shopper marketing, communications, architecture, interior design, wayfinding and signage systems and digital technologies. You have a passion for human-centered design for strategic problem solving.This is a leadership position that requires interaction with senior leaders throughout the organization. The ability to impact and influence key stakeholders is critical. The Sr. Creative Director, Brand Experience & Design will guide and partner with our teams and external agency partners in the ideation and implementation of spaces, places, activations and events and will ensure that the brand is being represented properly and consistently in all touchpoints and business goals and outcomes are delivered.

Primary Responsibilities include:
* Create, convey, and sell vision: direct and inspire a team while working collaboratively across a complex, multi-stakeholder organization.
* Bring creative ideas and vision to life across a wide scope of unique projects, e.g., retail stores and clinics, branded in-store spaces - department and category reimagination, pop-up shops, corporate facilities etc.
* Inspire and mentor team to develop impactful creative ideas and executions that deliver and adhere to the brand standards ensuring cohesion and consistency.
* Cultivate an engaging atmosphere leading to the development and execution of best-in-class creative.
* Partner with internal and external implementation teams to ensure execution of ideas as planned.
* Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with peers, internal business teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications
* 15+ years of Creative Design experience within corporate and agency environment
* Proven experience managing a large, dispersed team of 15-20 in the ideation of various initiatives
* 10+ years of proven experience leading, managing and influencing a cross functional team
* 10+ years of proven experience managing agencies to deliver key projects

Preferred Qualifications
* Creative design within Consumer Retail
* Ability to demonstrate a passion for strategic and creative problem solving and deep understanding of human centered design to develop compelling ideas that are on brand and meet customer, member and patient needs and deliver on business objectives.
* Extraordinary team leadership experience with ability to inspire and mentor team; consistently developing talent and team building.
* Strong collaboration and partnership skills with ability to impact and influence individuals at senior levels-both internally and externally.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Well organized and able to communicate ideas and develop strategies.
* Broad range of design skill sets and experienced knowledge of branding, marketing communications, architecture, interior design and digital technologies. (Omni-Channel Customer Experience)
* Strong, accountable team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done to meet budget objectives and deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
* Strong executive presentation skills

Education
Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design
