Position Summary
As a Benefit Relationship Manager, you will captain thestrategic documentation and deployment of our clientsprescription benefit plan designs. The BRM position affordsyou the opportunity to gain valuable leadership experiencethrough managing project teams. You will be seen as aclient problem-solver and will bring innovation solutions forhigh-profile clients.
You will accomplish this by:
* Building relationships with key client partners through aconsultative approach to understand client benefit plandesign needs
* Translating client needs and requirements to internal CVSHealth teams such as Benefits Coding and Quality Analysis
* Facilitating internal and external meetings andpresentations to provide status updates and makedecisions relative to client benefit setup
Your success will be driven by exceeding client satisfactionscore targets as well as working towards reduced servicewarranty payments to clients. Your healthcare industryknowledge in the areas of Formulary Management, DrugUtilization Management, and Reimbursement and ClaimsAdjudication will also contribute to your success. In thisrole, you will operate in a fast-paced environment with tightdeadlines so your ability to operate autonomously andmake key decisions is imperative. The contributions you willmake as a BRM will position CVS Health as a leader inclient satisfaction and service in the Pharmacy BenefitManagement marketplace.

Required Qualifications
* 5 or more years of experience in account management,benefit plan design, or related field
* Willingness and Ability to Travel up to 30% for clientsupport

Preferred Qualifications
* RX Claim experience
* PBM industry experience
* Proven benefits coding operations experience

Education
* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
* Bachelors degree strongly preferred
