Golden Care Therapy is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! This is an unique position where you will schedule for RBTs and BCBAs based on their home location and match them to patients based on where they live.
Responsibilities:
What would you do?
- Fill permanent scheduling needs
- Update patient and staff availability in our systems. Maintain up to date records on the availability of staff and patients
- Modify and update patient schedules as necessary
- Address concerns with filling schedules/communication directly with the Director of Operations
- Report cancellation and census data to the director on a weekly basis
- Communicate all schedule changes to the Director of Operations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Who are we looking for?
- Past experience training or managing scheduling team is preferred
- Past work history with ABA scheduling is strongly preferred
- Must have excellent critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
- This position requires the ability to multi-task and have a high attention to detail
- Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Access, Excel and Google Sheets
