Job Description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to join our growing DSS team in the Dallas, Texas, area.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong office administration experience with the ability to develop additional skills sets in recruiting and sales with the appropriate leadership and training.

To be successful on this team, you need to be self-motivated, organized, efficient in time management, excellent in communications, a team player, and goal-oriented.

In this role, your primary focus will be providing all levels of administrative support to the team as well as employees and clients.

MUST BE BILINGUAL!!!!!!

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $15-18/hr

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering all incoming calls in a professional and prompt manner

  • Greeting and directing all visitors/candidates that come into the office

  • Handling all minor candidate or potential candidate questions

  • Making 75-150 outbound calls daily to potential candidates

  • Responsible for building a healthy pipeline/pool of qualified candidates to utilize for clients placements

  • Assist in candidate hiring and screening process

  • Ensure all supplies are stocked, pens, paper, pay-cards, drug screen kits, etc..

  • Maintain copies of all required forms/documents needed to complete a paper application

  • Maintain inventory of all marketing items

  • Collaborate with the Staffing Consultants to understand what open opportunities are a priority and require the most attention

  • Sending online application documents, ensuring all documents are complete, and employment compliance is met

  • Responsible for entering all required documents, notes, and employee information into the ATS system

  • Support the Staffing Consultants in all aspects of their role as needed.

  • All other administrative duties not listed or defined here in this document


Skills & Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in office administration

Proactive, fast learner & organized

Time management skills to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks throughout the day

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Multitasking is a must

Willingness /Eagerness to learn

Drive to be the best

Upbeat Bubbly personality

Ability to take on new/different tasks as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly

Problem Solving skill set
