Coordinates all staffing and scheduling for Nursing in collaboration with the nursing management team. Develops and implements systematic procedures for monitoring and evaluating staffing activities, and payroll functions.
What You Bring/Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
High School Diploma or equivalent
*4 years staffing/patient placement required preferably in health care setting.
*Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other related software.
*Good PR/communication skills; Good organizational skills.
*Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
*Understanding of different levels of care and staffing to meet patient care needs.
*Preferred knowledge of Clarivia software.
Schedule: Days; rotating weekends
Sedentary Work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert/lift up to 10 lbs. force occasionally)
