About this opportunity:
Albion Staffing Solutions is looking for a Staffing Recruiter to work at a company located in the Doral, FL area. The Staffing Recruiter performs a variety of staffing duties under the direction of the Branch Manager. The right candidate will efficiently engage in all staffing and recruiting processes. Only candidates with previous experience recruiting for Logistics/ Light Industrial need apply.
Job Description
- Will proactively engage in candidate sourcing efforts
- Partner with local community groups such as workforce
- Support scheduling and execution of hiring events
- Ensure candidates are provided an overview of requirements and responsibilities
- Ensure all New Hire associates are equipped with the proper materials for the position
- Ensure New Hire Orientation is effectively executed
- Ensure all candidates complete all required paperwork
- Ensure all temps adhere to the appropriate protocols, such as Background Tests, Drug Tests, TSA Testing, Etc.
Job Requirements:
- High school Diploma or relevant
- 3+ years of experience in the Staffing Industry
- Bilingual English & Spanish is a must
- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
- Experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding/ Light Industrial Industry is required!
- Must be a hands on self starter with the ambition to get the job done
Based salary and monthly commissions offered.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m - 5:30 p.m.
Workplace Location:
Applicants will work in the customer's facility - located in Doral, FL
