Operation and maintenance of Power Plant to supply steam, hot water, air, vacuum, fire protection and emergency electrical power to hospital and related buildings and basic knowledge of computerized control systems.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Experience with computers, steam systems, electrical, refrigeration, pipe fitting, painting.
  • Must have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and air conditioning required.
  • Must have working knowledge of boilers, pumps, exchangers, water testing procedures, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, hot water tanks and controls.
  • Basic computer skills desired.
  • Must work with minimum supervision and posses self motivational skills.
  • Able to perform other duties as needed or required.
  • HS GED, Required

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
