Job Description
The Individual & Family Consumer Plans Member Experience marketing team is responsible for delivering a leading edge, creative and engaging member experience for Aetnas growing, fast-paced Individual & Family Plans (Affordable Care Act) business unit.

This team supports direct-to-consumer member marketing campaigns and communications planning, implementation and impact reporting. The ideal candidate is an experienced digital and DTC marketer with some analytical experience coupled with a passion and desire to deliver a world-class consumer experience, in a Fortune 5 environment.

Specific duties include:

* Support development and execution of simple, engaging, creative and on-brand member marketing communication and retention initiatives in partnership with our external agency
* Develop member communications via omnichannel approach including direct mail, email, SMS, website, digital and social executions
* Partner with the business unit to develop simple, compelling transactional member communications.
* Apply competitive, environmental and industry insights to planning and approaches.
* Quantify marketing impact of member communications and partner with analytics team to measure, analyze and report marketing campaign outcomes including using tracking codes, unique toll-free numbers (TFN), vanity URL, bit.ly, Spanish translations and QR codes
* Support the development of team presentations such as member services training and reporting.
* Develop and manage high-level campaign calendar for the team, including drop dates, quantities, etc. in partnership with our external agency.
* Strategic marketing brief development leveraging consumer insights and data addressing key needs of the member
* Cultivates and develops key relationships with internal stakeholders to accomplish goals

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing with a focus on digital and experience in one or more sub-disciplines (email marketing, direct marketing, digital marketing, marketing/member communications)

Preferred Qualifications
-Requires an organized self-starter with a passion for performance marketing, member experience and an ability to dig into data to capture insights and report on impact.
- Retention marketing experience in a mid to large sized organization a plus
- Experience working with mid to large sized agencies a plus
- Healthcare marketing experience preferred
- Fully bilingual English/ Spanish a plus but not required

Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.
