Strategic Marketing Manager

In this exciting role, you will help transform the health care industry by guiding the marketing strategy for one of CVS's priority programs - CVS HealthHUB. You will manage the provider marketing strategy for CVS HealthHUB and our products, including defining the segmentation, value proposition, and go-to-market strategies, while partnering across departments and teams.

You will partner with leaders across the enterprise and the CVS HealthHUB product organization, and marketing centers of excellence, analytics, and network teams to maximize the power of our enterprise capability to build and optimize our CVS HealthHUB offerings for providers and their patients.

This role is meant for an omni-channel marketer that knows how to turn insights into marketing strategy, with a background in B2B/provider marketing and digital.

Fundamental components:
* Foster a customer-obsessed culture, relying on insights and data to ensure the customer is always driving decisions.
* Display passion for transforming health care
* Translate goals of the product team into comprehensive, measurable marketing strategies
* Determine campaign goals, and create agency briefs to inform creative development
* Is well-versed in deploying campaigns (and working with analytics teams to track success) across both digital and traditional channels -- and focuses on testing and learning, validating with research, where needed.
* Establish relationships to improve the efficiency and aid in the seamless execution of strategic, metrics-focused marketing campaigns
* Develop convincing proof points that allow us to bring the value of CVS Health HUB locations more effectively to life for providers and their patients

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing or related field, focused on marketing strategy and program execution
* Experience in B2B/provider marketing strategy
* Experience in Product, Marketing. Brand Management, Agencies, or Consulting roles
* Experience in program and vendor management

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in health care, and experience working with providers preferred.
* Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
