Primary Responsibilities:
* Scope, plan, and analyses that will yield answers to the questions at hand.
* Procure the required information to complete the analyses. (Data will often be sourced through observations, pilot tests, interviews, custom data pulls.)
* Manage the delivery of projects, root cause investigation, explaining conclusions, and making recommendations to the leadership team.
* Engage across the organization to design solutions, develop test and implementation plans, drive results, and resolve issues encountered by the team including the ability to assess and course correct.
* Product ownership - managing product development and daily management of newly developed technology-based products using an Agile/SCRUM methodology
Required Qualifications
* 6+ years of professional business experience
* 4+ years of consulting or related high level analytical/internal consulting experience in an operational environment with experience building complex business models.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with technology implementations in a matrix business environment
* Experience in a contact center environment
* Experience with Telephony related technology such as IVR systems and Virtual assistants
* Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology
* MBA
