Position Description
The City of Tolleson is seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Maintenance Worker I- Streets. The purpose of this position performs routine cleaning, maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, grounds, and/or related items; Operates motorized vehicles and equipment; Inputs data into computerized systems; prepares logs and records; Maintains and repairs City streets, sidewalks, signage, easements, and related property. Prioritizes work orders; Sets up traffic control signs and barricades for worker and citizen safety; and performs related work as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and as assigned, two (2) years of work experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Valid Arizona driver's license.
Job Information
Closing Date: Open until filled Hiring Salary: $20.68-24.21 Hourly D.O.E
