Responsibilities:

  • Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends, when needed.
  • Conduct classes (60-minutes) and semi-private (6:1) training sessions (60-minutes).
  • Perform all training in accordance with functional methods and quality.
  • Instruct, motivate, and assist members in a safe, fun and ethical manner to achieve their goals.
  • Update training plan and/or reevaluate members as needed to ensure optimal outcome.
  • Communicate clearly with members in relation to goals and expectations.
  • Communicate clearly within the team in relation to members and programs.
  • Program planning and development.

Qualifications:

  • NASM, NSCA, ACSM, or ACE certifications preferred.
  • CPR/AED certification required
  • 2+ years of experience coaching small or large groups.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to quickly adapt to change and problem solve.
