DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Structural Steel Designer
- Location: Manvel, TX
- Pay: $35-$40/hour
- Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
- Duration: Direct Hire
- Description of Duties: Create project drawings from blueprints, sketches and photos; design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software; work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects; specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for products.
- Requirements: Must have experience with Cadworx and AutoCad Inventor/Revit; experience with Plant Designs (PDMS) and Tekla (Structures/PowerFab) preferred; knowledge of steel construction/fabrication and estimating required; ability to create BOMs
