We work on multi-million dollar commercial projects as well as several thousand dollar residential losses and everything in between. Founded in 1948, we have a long standing reputation as a leader in our industry.
We are currently looking for quality sub-contractors to add to our vendor list. Especially, companies with the following specialties:
- Cabinetry install/repair
- Carpentry
- Finish-out
- Flooring
- Painting
- Sheetrock / Drywall
- Roofing
- Texturing
- Trim work
Because most of our work is insurance related, we require our sub-contractors to carry Commercial General Liability Insurance as follows:
- $1,000,000 each occurrence
- $2,000,000 general aggregate per project
- $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate
- $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury
Business Automobile Liability as follows:
- $1,000,000 combined single limit
OR
- $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person
- $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence
- $500,000 property damage
