Handyman/Carpenter employee, 1099 and subcontractor options available

House Doctors of Tampa East has an immediate opening for an experienced Handyman / Carpenter. Were looking for a skilled craftsman who knows how to plan and complete a variety of home maintenance, repairs and light remodeling projects. When you come aboard, you will be joining a team of professionals who deliver the highest quality services to our customers. Full and Part-time W-2 positions available and we are open to W-2, Subcontractors/1099.

• Employees can earn $20 - $25 per hour depending upon experience.
• If you are a Subcontractor /1099, we can work within your schedule, price/pay structure.

We are seeking skilled Handyman / Carpenters who;

• Have 10 years of paid experience
• Own a standard set of tools to perform all of their skills/trades.
• Have a valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record (no DUIs or license suspensions).
• Own & willing to use their own truck or van in excellent condition (compensation provided)
• Willing to put company magnetic signs on the vehicle
• Take pride in their work and deliver consistent results
• Are able to communicate in a courteous and professional manner with customers and co-workers.
• Pass a background check and drug test prior to hiring.
• Ability to scope and estimate small projects

Some of the skills required for our our Handyman / Carpenters:

Carpentry, Drywall, Installations, Repairs and Maintenance such as; Interior door and trim installation, Tile repair, Minor plumbing and electrical repairs, Window and Exterior door replacements, Exterior siding and roofing repairs, Minor framing repairs, Small masonry repairs, Small tech installations such as entertainment and security systems, Flooring installations, Small lighting installations, etc..
