The Opportunity

In this construction role you will work directly under the supervision of an experienced highly skilled professional and construct, erect, install, and service sunrooms and patio covers using hand tools and power tools, while conforming to local building codes. Our goal is to develop installer apprentices to become lead installers and meet the demand for our products and services. Lead installers earn significant above average compensation, high five figure and six figure annual earnings are very realistic.

Responsibilities

• Helping install sunrooms and patio covers using materials such as: wood, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials
• Positioning and holding materials in place for fastening or cutting
• Selecting tools, equipment, and/or materials from storage and transport items to work site
• Cleaning work areas, machines, or equipment, to maintain a clean and safe job site
• Holding plumb bobs, sighting rods, or other equipment to aid in establishing reference points and lines
• Smoothing or sanding surfaces to remove ridges, tool marks, glue, or caulking
• Learning all aspects of sunroom and patio cover installation and progressing with skills

Qualifications

• Eagerness and willingness to learn
• Experience using basic hand tools, tape measures
• Exposure to construction/remodeling work helpful
• Adherence to job site safety protocols
• High standard of integrity and professionalism
• Honesty and strong work ethic
• Driven to provide high quality work and outcomes
• Work well in a team environment
• Goal driven to be the best and develop a long term high paying career
• Valid driver license
• Pass background check
