Position Summary

The University of New Mexico's Project ECHO has an exciting opportunity for a Superhub Manager to join our Replication team.

To reach 1 billion lives by 2025, it is imperative that the ECHO Institute train, launch, and support about 200 superhubs over the next 5 years. Superhubs are organizations legally approved to train and support ECHO hubs.

The Superhub Manager is a critical position that oversees a global grant portfolio totaling over $50m and ongoing efforts of ensuring fidelity to the ECHO mission and model as well as developing and supporting ECHO superhubs.

As a successful Superhubs Manager, you will play an integral role in the implementation and execution of the Fidelity Management Program and take over management of ECHO superhubs in coordination with the Strategic Support Manager and Sr. Program Planning Manager.

The Superhubs Manager will be responsible for:

Leading new Superhub development and supporting ECHO partners, which includes the application process, training, communications, resources and system support for continuous improvement.

Managing inquiries and referrals for prospective Superhubs, which includes high level partner and stakeholder meetings, relationship development, tracking progress through the Superhub partner funnel, resource sharing, and supporting prospective Superhubs through the application, contracting, and training process.

Oversees the development and use of shared resources across Superhubs in the form of curated Box folders, Smartsheets, and links for training and Immersion planning purposes in multiple languages based on the needs of the organization.

Working with various ECHO teams and leadership to develop and execute targets for Superhub growth and implementation that meet the needs of funders and global growth strategy.

Supervising a team in developing efficient processes to provide direct support to Superhubs in their replication efforts and in the implementation of these processes for timely and effective support to Superhub partners and their Superhub-hubs.

Coordinating, compiling and presenting quarterly reports to ECHO leadership on Superhub status and progress toward goals and objectives, compiles and submits weekly reports to Partner Development and Support management on incremental milestones and team accomplishments working toward strategic objectives.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications

Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours; at least 4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
