Pay Range$23. 60 - $33.35/hr

Responsible to oversee the growth of the Credit Union through membership, relationships with the respective members and third-party vendors or relationships that are critical to offering the members of the Credit Union all Financial Products currently available and possibly introducing new products.
Responsible for maximizing production through coaching and developing staff to ensure that functions are completed effectively, and all other various tasks involved in the overall operation of the Credit Union.
What You Bring/Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Two years of similar or related experience: banking experience and supervisory experience preferred
- NMLS required or attained within 60 days of hire
- Must be able to relate well with others and build effective business relationships to successfully perform the job.
- Sound judgement and decision making skills.
- Proficiency with math calculations.
- Computer proficiency in multiple software platforms.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills.
- Must be bondable
- Bachelor Degree Required or equivalent years of experience
