CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing team at our Chandler facility as a Supervisor in the Customer Service department! This role is in an ever changing, energizing environment that provides you with the opportunity for learning new skills and continuing to grow your career.

As the Customer Service Supervisor you will supervise the customer service staff, and provide direction to the staff within Pharmacy Operations to ensure that member requests are met and prescription orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner. You are also responsible for directing daily workflow, evaluating and reviewing performance, coaching and counseling, disciplinary action, interviewing/hiring and daily supervision of the staff to ensure that all department and company policies and procedures are followed. In order to be successful in the role you will need to utilize your ability to effectively manage people and provide team leadership while maintaining extreme accuracy, and attention to detail and data standards.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of work experience within a customer service, call center, or patient services capacity.
2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service/call center environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree within Health Sciences, Communications or similar field.
Experienced in insurance and third party terms and medical terminology.
Experience with Data Entry systems and reporting tools that accompany those systems

Education
Verifiable high school diploma or GED
