Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Director of Food Services, directs and coordinates activities of kitchen workers preparing, cooking and serving foods for the hospital patients, personnel and visitors

Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Experience: Previous hospital and food service experience preferred; previous supervisory experience in a culinary environment required. Previous experience working in a food service environment required.

Certification/Licensure: Certifications preferred but not required.
