Job Description
Supervisor RN - Cardiac Rehab Full Time 40 hours weekly
Provides oversight for department in the absence of unit management. Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise. Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities. Leads and directs the work of others.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience:
Two (2) years of experience in specialty area required. One (1) year in supervisory or CNL capacity preferred.
Skills: Interview others; Team facilitation & meeting skills with effective conflict resolution skills.
