This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S.! Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Support Services/Concierge Services Coordinator to join our team in the Bellevue office. Core hours for this position will be 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

This position is responsible for providing support for Support Services and Concierge Services functions, including Central Records and other tasks as assigned. On a typical day you will:

  • Maintain visitor and shared office space, conference rooms and meeting space to ensure they are clean, appropriately stocked, and prepared for use
  • Provide real-time support for meetings throughout the office; connect with meeting organizers to ensure accuracy of requests, and set-up or break down meeting rooms as needed
  • Oversee all in-office Document Production projects, coordinating with Seattle office Copy Center as needed
  • Order office and lunchroom supplies as needed
  • Oversee office and workstation onboarding and departure setup/cleanup process for attorneys and staff. Facilitate attorney and staff moves according to business needs by working directly with Facilities Lead and Bellevue Office Administrator
  • Prepare and assign file and document room space and war room activity needs; includes assisting with file locations and/or other document relocation projects due to general workflow needs
  • Oversee the daily work of Central Records and ensure that production meets or exceeds the published service level agreement
  • Act as second point of contact for any issues related to Building Management, including security, parking garage, and general work orders
  • Provide back-up coverage for our Audit Response Department Assistant
  • Other projects, support, and activities as assigned

Join us if you have:
  • GED/ High school, some college preferred
  • Must have at least one year general office work experience in a professional setting
  • Previous experience in a law firm or professional services organization, supporting a multi-office environment, preferred
  • Ability to take direction and to quickly learn a variety of tasks, routines and office equipment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain effective working relationships and communicate verbally and in writing in a professional, courteous manner with clients, firm members, and other business contacts
  • Ability to prioritize multiple work assignments, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to use MS Office Products required
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently required
  • Must be a team player and have ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
