A two year college degree in Business Communications, Marketing or similar field or at least two years of documented college education toward a four year degree in the above areas.
A minimum of three (3) years experience in grant/technical report writing, public relations coordination or similar in depth experiences.
Knowledge of Technical and Adult Education program areas. Knowledge of the grant writing process and grant funding sources. Experience with community contacts and events. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Strong computer and software application skills.
