Position Grade 12
Position Summary UNMs Facilities Management (FM) is looking to hire a Supervisor of Maintenance and Construction to join our FM HSC Area 2 division. Our Supervisors oversee and coordinate the activities of multi-craft technical workforce engaged in maintenance and/or construction work in their assigned area. Organizes work flow and arranges logistical support for facility repair projects. Inspects work for appropriate craftsmanship and quality.

Conditions of Employment
  • Possession of a valid New Mexico driver's license is a requirement for this job.
  • Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer, pre-employment physical examination and medical history check.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Certification/Licensure: Current NM licensure in one or more construction trades disciplines

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
