Supervise individual units responsible for the implementation, preparation,processing, and maintenance of enrollment, billing, and other benefit plan information for members. Support and consult with team by utilizing Aetna policy guidelines in accordance with key performance measures to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
* Strong background in financial and/or business operations
* General knowledge and understanding of Medicare
* Word, Access, and Excel programs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Must have advanced organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and ability to multitask.
* High data integrity and accuracy within processes.
* Be able to resolve production issues by working with IT and print vendors and also provide operational backup support where needed.
* Experience with problem solving and process improvement
initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of Premium Billing processes.
* Understanding of Cash Application and Autopay process flow.
* Problem solving and process improvement initiatives.
* Ability to manage effectively, with client, business partners, and senior leaders.
* Experience presenting results and recommendations to Director/VP level leadership.
* Must be capable of leading a team and managing a group to achieve operational objectives.
* To work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
* Ability to manage effectively, with client, business partners, and senior leaders
Education
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
