Job Title: Surveillance Supervisor

Salary: $60,000+

Experience luxury in the Colorado Rockies at our new resort, where youll find world-class skiing, fishing, and horseback riding. Our expanded casino features over 1000 slot machines, 24 table games, and a live poker room. Were looking for a dedicated surveillance professional to ensure a safe and exciting gaming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Policy Adherence and Communication: Ensure compliance with all Surveillance policies, handle communication with other departments and agencies.
• Training and Staffing: Train or delegate the training of Surveillance personnel, fill in and work open shifts as needed, and conduct interviews for new positions.
• Team Management: Keep the team updated on casino policies, assist with performance management, including disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor casino activity, write accurate reports, keep logs current, and record all property activities.
• Equipment and Media: Operate all surveillance equipment, dub media as needed, and handle occasional heavy lifting while sitting and viewing monitors for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Licensing and Confidentiality: Obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License; uphold the highest level of confidentiality.
• Flexibility and Equipment: Able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays; learn and operate all surveillance equipment.
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills required, adhering to the All Star Service Principles.
• Experience and Knowledge: Preferably 2 years of casino surveillance experience and familiarity with internal and external thefts, cards, slots, and other casino areas.
• Additional Skills: Previous casino experience and DVR experience are highly desirable.
