Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for all administrative and technical work related to the continuous operation of all Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission Surveillance Departments. The individual is responsible for oversight of the servers and digital recording systems at Seminole Tribal Gaming properties. The incumbent ensures completion of all maintenance and repair of all surveillance capital equipment. The incumbent manages and supervises all technician staff at all surveillance departments and participates in the hiring, selection and training process. Emphasis of the work is on assuring the maximum efficiency, coordination, reliability and integrity of the surveillance recording digital systems. The individual exercises a high degree of initiative, judgment, technical expertise and professional knowledge in the overall operation of the Surveillance Technical Departments. High school diploma or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of five (5) years of actual work experience in surveillance monitoring, camera installation, and maintenance of digital systems within a casino setting is required. Knowledge of camera recording requirements and programming of large camera matrix and surveillance digital systems is required. Knowledge of certification class for large matrix systems, and Dallmeier/Honeywell digital recording system certifications is preferred. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and be able to travel to all STOF Reservations and other locations as necessary. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Due to the nature of the business, all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
