POSITION SUMMARY
Available to work morning, evening and night shift. Answer all calls in a courteous and timely manner. Ability to update any and all information when necessary. Call out "on call" employees as needed in call group.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- Six months in similar position
- Correct use of telephone equipment and other equipment used by switchboard personnel. Physical requirement: Visual acuity, manual dexterity, hearing acuity, oral communication, has the ability to sit for long periods of time
