Job Description

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of all Windows, VMware & SAN related system hardware and software and related infrastructure.

Goals and Objectives:
Install, maintain, monitor and support the following systems:
Windows Exchange Environment
VMWare Environment
Pure SAN Environment
Configure, monitor and ensure reliable backups are obtained daily for both Data Centers
Work collaboratively with Helpdesk Administrators to resolve level 3 technical and SharePoint issues when needed
Build out and test all operating systems for desktops, laptops and other related systems

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform required patches and updates to all network systems
Educate and support staff in the specific usage of software applications.
Educate and assist staff in the proper use and care of computers and printers.
Educate and assist staff in the proper use of telephone systems and voice mail, when required
Install, maintain, and monitor the operation of the local and wide area network.
Recommend and implement LAN policies and standards.
Ensure adherence to security procedures and protocols.
Configure and test network equipment to comply with AllHealth Network standards.
Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting network usage.
Perform research, planning and design for network configuration.
Research and solve complex network problems.
Serve as a technical resource for network system issues.
Update and maintain master inventory of network/pc/printer equipment.
Manage, maintain and modify all desktop/laptops, system server patches and updates monthly
Provide assistance to other support specialists as needed.
Remain up to date on current technology trends and best practices.
Evaluate vendor products and recommend purchases to meet organization objectives.
Provide patching and updates for all IT Windows, Linux, and SAN systems.
Assist with WAN related support when the WAN team is not available or on vacation
Assist with Avaya Phone system support when the Phone System Admin is not available or on vacation
Participate in team meetings, events, Network-wide functions, forums and committees as requested.
Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Computer Information Technology
5 years of network and systems administration experience;
Certification such as CNE, CNA, or MCSE a plus, but not required
Experience managing and maintaining Multi-location networks and systems, including: Exchange 2013 e-mail systems in a client server environment; spreadsheets, word processing, and network programs; Familiarity with SQL databases and data warehouse programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work within a team setting with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with VMware servers, SAN systems, System backup applications. SharePoint support.

Salary: $77,000 - $87,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
