How Youll Make an Impact:

Do you want to play a key role in ensuring our products get delivered smoothly, while taking your problem solving skills in SQL to a new level? Carter's is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our Global Order Management IT team and help us optimize our supply chain!

Technical - 40%

  • Analysis, design, development, configuration & deployment of Carters Order Management System.

  • Conduct system analysis to identify and resolve system issues.

Testing and documentation - 40%

  • Design test plans from functional specifications and execute testing with end users.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.

Compliance & Production Support - 20%

  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.

  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Must have:

  • Experience in Supply Chain / Retail - specifically in customer order management systems.

  • Hands on experience with SQL.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • 2 or more Years of experience in Order Management Systems - Customer Order Management and Fulfillment.

  • 2 or more years of progressive experience using SQL and PL/SQL.

  • Scripting capabilities to execute a query for integration purposes and doing production support analysis.

  • Exemplary communication skills (written, presentation, meeting management, documentation).
