Pay Range

$22. 54 - $29.03/hr

Our Talent Acquisition Marketing Coordinator supports best-in-class talent acquisition through social and traditional media planning, content/media research, creative development, job fair/event support, ad-hoc job postings, targeted outreach efforts and knowledge of various recruiting tools, databases, products and services. Helps manage brand integrity in digital assets, career site, marketing materials and more.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or HR-related field
  • 1 year experience as a sourcer, recruiter, administrative or marketing assistant, preferably in a staffing agency or recruiting department setting.
  • Previous experience supporting social media programs, researching content and creating succinctmessaging.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization, writing, and researching ability.
  • Social media enthusiast with first-hand knowledge of and a passion for amplifying opportunities using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Creative mindset that helps translate visions into actions as our recruiting team evolves and forges new processes/best practices to promote Centura Health as an employer of choice in today's competitive healthcare environment.
