JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing consultative relationships with hiring managers across multiple business units to drive the full cycle recruitment process, to include requisition management, job posting content, sourcing, screening/interviewing, candidate offer/closing, and onboarding.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, HR, Healthcare Administration or related field

OR 4 years of commensurate professional work experience in lieu of a degree.

HR related certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or AIRS)

Work Experience: Three (3) years' recruiting experience; preferably in a healthcare environment.

Equipment Operated: Computer

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact); Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking); Writing/Composing: Correspondence

Other Skills: Analytical; Research; Statistical; P.C.

Work Schedule: Flexible

* High degree of independent decision making and problem solving capability.
* Strong computer skills to include previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System, internet and Social Media.
