Job Description

Responsible for all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process including sourcing, talent evaluation, interviewing, selection, hiring, and candidate relationship management.

This position requires the ability to perform full lifecycle recruitment for open positions while building and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business partners. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for performing comprehensive sourcing activities through various mediums including ATS, passive techniques such as Boolean searches, social networking, data mining, cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, etc.

Responsibilities include the ability to:

  • Develop ongoing, proactive hiring manager and candidate relationships to build pipelines and recruit passive diverse candidates.
  • Source, screen, prequalify, interview, and evaluate candidates to determine their competencies and qualification for employment, and provide feedback on the skill and cultural fit.
  • Provide project management as applicable.
  • Prepare recruiting metrics for sourcing team and customers.
  • Track effectiveness of sourcing methods and makes recommendations on continuous improvement efforts to meet recruitment goals; actively influence improvements in existing sourcing/ recruiting processes.
  • Promote effective teamwork by functioning as a back-up for other recruiters as required.

Minimum Knowledge and Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience in field will be considered.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, managing candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and HR compliance and regulations.
  • Good customer service focus as well as impeccable engagement, follow-through, and adaptability while meeting clients needs.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular).
  • Experience with high volume calling and sourcing.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
