Job Description
The Advisor Talent Management position supports the CVS Health Talent Strategy organization in the execution of the talent team management process and its enabling tools. This position will also provide project management support for critical talent strategy initiatives within the enterprise. The role reports to the VP of Human Resources. As the Advisor Talent Management you can expect to:

* Provide broad scale support to leaders and HR partners on Talent Team management process and tools.

* Efficiently manage multiple and changing priorities to effectively collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders in the development and continuous improvement of talent strategy tools and processes.

* Act as a SME for the Talent Team Management Process and the Talent Team Tool. Answer questions regarding access, the tool, talent team meetings, agendas, timelines, expectations for deliverables, etc.

* Work with Talent Strategy leads and HRBPs from each organization to determine focus and agenda for Talent Team and Talent Strategy meetings (e.g. Organization & Talent Review, bi-monthly Talent Team, and Performance Calibration)

* Continuously review Talent Team Tool to make sure escapes are documented and being addressed. Partner with Talent Strategy and Zudy to prioritize updates and develop new capabilities.

* Act as main focal point for Zudy tool feedback and functionality training.

* Work with HRBPs to ensure access is submitted for new business leaders and HR professionals. Ensure access updated after role changes (HR and business).

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of professional experience
* 1+ year project management experience
* 1+ year of HR experience

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work in highly matrixed environment

Education
* Bachelors degree required
