Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has an exciting associate opportunity in its nationally-recognized Tax-Exempt Organizations Group. We are seeking a junior to mid-level associate attorney with at least two years of law firm experience, strong research and writing skills and good academic credentials to join our nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations group, representing some of the countrys leading philanthropists, foundations, cultural institutions, environmental groups, universities, advocacy organizations and hospitals. A strong federal tax background with at least some exposure to tax-exempt organizations is preferred. The group is collegial, fast-paced, and provides excellent opportunities for professional development and promotion. The position may be in Seattle, Portland or San Francisco, depending on the candidates preference and circumstances.
