DUTIES:
Teach Math subjects to middle school students. Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials. Evaluate student learning and communicates progress to students, parents, and other stakeholders. Work collaboratively with a team to plan instruction. Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
REPORTS TO: School Site Principal
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona Elementary K-8 Certificate with Middle Grades Math Approved Area OR
- Arizona Secondary 6-12 Certificate with Math Approved Area OR
- Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 with Math Approved Area
- Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

EFFECTIVE: 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
LOCATION: Multiple Locations - District-Wide TUSD Regions Map
FTE: Varies. Typical Teacher FTE 1.0, 7.5 hours per day.
WORK CALENDAR: 9.5 months - 207 days (212 days for new to district teachers)
