Employee is responsible for to lead the production quality, forklift and or materials employees to ensure these employees have all things necesarry to properly perform their jobs. Ensure company production and quality standards are met.
Comply with all Ventra Kansas policies and plant rules
Take direction from managment.
Maintain a clean work station prior to, during and after each shift.
Train employees as directed by supervision.
Able to lead employees to meet goals and objectives assigned by management.
