Job Description
As a Clinical Service Pharmacy Technician (CSPT) on the Site of Care (SOCA) team,you will provide care coordination and health care navigation assistance to members on specific specialty infused medications in order to effectively and efficiently facilitate the delivery of high quality, cost-effective care and enhance members health care experience.

As a Clinical Service Pharmacy Technician you will...

Interact with patients, medical office staff, CVS colleagues and health plans through both inbound/outbound calls.
Provide care coordination and health care navigation assistance to members.
Facilitate member understanding of benefit change as it relates to specialty medications.
Work with physicians and their agents to transition to alternate site of care as applicable.
Work with Specialty Pharmacy to ensure member transition without interruption in therapy.
Communicate with members PCP, specialist or others on the clinical team when needed to address gaps in care, and improve compliance with treatment plans or insurance benefit design.
Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with members.
Work with team members to meet team goals and objectives.

This is a work from home position but you must live within a commutable distance from Greensboro, NC.

Required Qualifications
-Must have 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
-Must have a valid NC Pharmacy Technician License
-Must be Nationally Certified as a Pharmacy Technician.

Preferred Qualifications
-2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare setting.
-Excellent Excel knowledge is a plus.
-Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents).
-Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
-Epic software experience.
-Previous telephonic experience in health care .

Education
Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent.
