Davis Wright Tremaines Technology Practice Group seeks a mid-level associate, with at least two years of experience, to join its growing Products Counseling team, which handles a broad swath of tech regulatory counseling and litigation matters. The immediate need is to help with a variety of cutting edge Universal Service Fund (USF) issues., so candidates should have some experience with the federal USF system. However, we are eager to recruit top-notch attorneys interested in quickly becoming expert in a variety of regulatory requirements at the state and federal level for innovative new tech products, ranging from wearables to UCaaS to telehealth products. Strong research and written and verbal communication skills are required. The associate would ideally sit in our Washington, D.C. office, but we are open to applicants in any of our geographic locations.
