Technical Field Representative - Germany Location

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the vehicle maintenance and performance during a deployment.
• RTK Base Station Set Up.
• Infrastructure set up (Storage, Charging, and Maintenance locations)
• Ability to write effective summary and recommendations of site survey
• Identify potential issue points of interaction
• Work with support vendors for installation
• Electrical troubleshooting of vehicles
• Familiarity with C++ programming and can bus systems
• Low Voltage diagnosis
• High Voltage diagnosis (HV certification is a plus)
• Mechanical troubleshooting & repairs
• Recall campaigns
• Document all issues with vehicles.
• Communicate with multiple team members to solve issues
• Provide customer support and education to clients
• EV certifications are preferred
• Ability to meet customer demands in a timely manner
• Identify and make recommendations on timely and cost-effective repairs to maximize customer value and vehicle up time
• Operate as a steward when necessary
• Help train other stewards
• Other related duties as assigned
• Ability to self-learn

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must possess some basic computer and operations skills
• Must have a desire to develop interpersonal and technical skills
• Must be able to follow verbal and written directions
• This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A two-year technical degree with strong electrical background or equivalent is preferred.
• EV certifications are preferred
• Travel of greater than 50% will be required (EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST, ASIA)
• Familiarity with C++ programming and can bus systems
• Low Voltage diagnosis
• High Voltage diagnosis
• Must regularly lift and carry small packages
• May occasionally lift and carry boxes of supplies and/or equipment
• Home office and self-worker mindset (Ideally Belgium /Germany or north of France)
• English is required, any other EU language will be a plus
