Bachelor's deg, or foreign deg equiv, in Mechanical Eng, Mechatronic Eng, Manufacturing Systems, or related fields, & 8 yrs progressively responsible post-Bach's deg exp in a rel eng occup req'd. Position requires: 3 yrs exp w/flex5 loads simulation environment; 6 months exp w/sprint loads process; 1 yr exp w/simulation modeling automation; & 1 yr NPI (new production introduction) process exp w/design reviews, action items, & design record book.
