Location: Phoenix, AZ

Objective and Position:

Technology Logistics Procurement & Operations Coordinator (TLPOC) will coordinate technology purchases and operations, develop new contract relationship, work closely with IMTS, Strategy, R&E, CPLC Accounts Payable, and all CPLC programs, provide annual equipment reports to CPLC programs, and streamline the logistics and deployment of technology equipment. In addition, the TLPOC will support IMTS projects, trainings, billing, and additional operational duties.

Primary and Essential Functions:

  1. Create, maintain, and manage good relationships with multiple technology vendors and suppliers as well CPLC Programs
  2. Support with the day-to-day team operations by designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations
  3. Maintain records of purchases, billing, pricing, invoicing, equipment deployment and equipment communication and logistics across all CPLC states
  4. Manage and handle technology RFP process with Vendors and Suppliers in order ensure the best equipment and needs for IMTS and CPLC programs
  5. Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and negotiate price options for best deals and supply contracts.
  6. Develop strategic plans and metrics for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
  7. Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
  8. Participate in IMTS projects for Strategic planning, Research and Evaluation and Information Management and Technology departments by helping with trainings, implementations and billing process
  9. May also assist with other related operational, IMTS, Strategy, and R&E duties

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in operations and procurement or a closely related field, or a combination of education, training and/or experience that demonstrates possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above. Bilingual applicants preferred.

High School Diploma required. Two years of operational or purchasing experience required or similar experience.

Physical Demands:

Position requirements: Be able to lift 15-40 pounds, occasionally due to large equipment orders, may have to use pallet jacks or dolly cart.

Travel: Light traveling
