Technology Support Specialist - Temporary Contract

South Adams County Water & Sanitation is dedicated to providing reliable, affordable, and sustainable water resources and services in order to protect public health, the environment, and quality of life. We are looking for tech support in a temporary/contract basis.

This position will provide basic to intermediate technical support and assistance to customers including:

• Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues
• Assist in installation of hardware & peripherals
• Assist with communication systems radios, desktop & cell phones
• Assist with support of audio visual systems
• Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environment

Qualified candidates should have a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient, demonstrated technical troubleshooting capabilities. Solid experience with MS Office, MS operating systems and LAN/WAN. Solid experience with a variety of AV, phone systems, mobile devices, and radios helpful. Ability to work independently under moderate supervision with solid problem solving, customer service and communication skills.

Successful candidate will be required to complete a drug screen and background check prior to employment.

Hiring Salary Range: $29-$32/hr

Position is up to 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
