Job Description

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a junior-level associate attorney to join its Technology + Privacy & Security Group in Seattle, Los Angeles, or San Francisco. A minimum of two years' experience in the areas of technology transactions, licensing, intellectual property, and commercial contracts is required. Our practice focuses on the areas of software, hardware, digital media and technology, and includes working with established companies and emerging company clients in many industries, including advertising, games, enterprise, software services, retail, fintech, health, and digital media, among others.

The group represents some of the biggest tech companies in the Pacific Northwest and nationally and provides excellent opportunities for professional development and promotion.
