Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks an attorney for its Seattle office with a minimum of ten years' experience in the areas of technology transactions, intellectual property, and related commercial contracts to join its Technology + Privacy & Security practice, focusing in the areas of software and related high technology. Our practice includes working with established companies and emerging company clients in many industries, including advertising, games, enterprise, cloud, software services, FinTech, health, digital media, and emerging technologies.

Experience in licensing and general commercial transactions for technology companies is required. Qualified candidates should have outstanding academic credentials; very strong drafting and writing skills; excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills; and ability to manage significant workflow, including more junior members of a team. Large law firm and/or in-house experience with a large company preferred. No portable book of business expected, as the candidates primary focus will be to help manage existing client work for existing firm clients. All replies confidential.
