Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for an experienced attorney to join its Technology + Communications + Privacy & Security Practice as a senior associate or counsel, depending on qualifications and relevant experience. A minimum of seven years' experience in the areas of technology transactions, licensing, intellectual property, and commercial contracts is required. Our practice focuses on software, hardware, digital media and technology, and includes working with established companies and emerging company clients in many industries, including advertising, games, enterprise, software services, retail, fintech, health, and digital media, among others. The group represents some of the biggest tech companies in the Bay Area and nationally and provides excellent opportunities for professional development and promotion. This attorney can work out of Palo Alto or San Francisco.
