Job Description
Houston Texas Fire Fighters FCU is currently recruiting for a full time Teller for the South Branch office (Pearland). Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate, and efficient member transactions. Receive share drafts/checks and cash for deposit to accounts, verify amounts, examine share drafts/checks for proper endorsement, and enter deposits into computer records. Cash share drafts/checks and process withdrawals; pay out money after verification of signatures and member balances. Balance cash drawer daily without discrepancies, cross-tell credit union products and services, and adhere to credit union policies and procedures. Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned..
Education requirements
High school graduate or GED.
Experience requirements
Qualifications
Must possess excellent customer service qualities.
Skills
Must be dependable, punctual, efficient, and accurate. One must be a team player and demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times. Ability to perform tasks simultaneously, and must work well independently.
Work hours
Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday 7:50 am - 5:00 pm
Some Saturday's required.
Saturday-rotating schedule from 7:50 am - 1:00 pm
